Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

These terms govern the use of nimoxis.com and the contractual relationship between NIMOXIS and its clients.

1. Identification

NIMOXIS is a company specializing in custom software development, based in Algiers, Algeria. Contact: contact@nimoxis.com

2. Services

NIMOXIS offers software development services including: web applications, mobile applications, full stack solutions, on-demand development, and technical architecture consulting. The precise terms of each service are defined in a contract or signed quote between the parties.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full delivery and complete payment, the client acquires full ownership of deliverables developed specifically for their project. NIMOXIS retains ownership of internally developed frameworks, libraries, and reusable generic components.

4. Confidentiality

NIMOXIS commits to maintaining strict confidentiality of all information shared within a project. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is systematically offered before any exchange of sensitive data.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are defined by accepted quote. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of 30 to 50% is required at project start. The balance is due at final delivery validated by the client. Late payments incur penalties of 1.5% per month.

6. Deadlines and delivery

Deadlines indicated in quotes are indicative. NIMOXIS commits to informing the client of any foreseeable delay as soon as identified. Delays attributable to the client (late feedback, mid-project changes) are not NIMOXIS's responsibility.

7. Warranty

NIMOXIS warrants that deliverables conform to validated specifications. A 30-day warranty period post-delivery covers operating anomalies attributable to our development. Functional evolutions are billed separately.

8. Limitation of liability

NIMOXIS's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant service. NIMOXIS cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, loss of earnings, or business interruption resulting from the use or unavailability of deliverables.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court of Algiers, after an attempt at amicable resolution within 30 days.
