Authorisation to Share Professional Profile with Clients

I expressly authorise Nimoxis to present, share, and forward my professional profile (including my name, professional title, years of experience, technology stack, portfolio, work samples, project history, and professional biography submitted in this application) to prospective and current Nimoxis clients for the purposes of project staffing and professional matching. I understand this sharing may occur without prior individual notification for each instance, and I waive any claim arising from such sharing conducted in good faith within the scope of legitimate business operations.

Acknowledgement of Independent Contractor Status

I acknowledge and agree that any engagement resulting from this application will be conducted on a project-based independent contractor basis. I am not, and will not be considered, an employee, agent, or legal representative of Nimoxis. I am solely responsible for my own taxes, social contributions, professional insurance, and compliance with applicable legislation. I understand that compensation is milestone-based and tied to project delivery and client acceptance, and that payment timelines are directly dependent on project completion confirmation.

Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure & Non-Solicitation Agreement

I agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client identities, project details, technical specifications, business strategies, pricing information, and any other sensitive or proprietary information I become aware of through my engagement with Nimoxis or its clients, during and after the conclusion of any project. I agree not to directly solicit, approach, or enter into any direct commercial relationship with any Nimoxis client for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the conclusion of the last project on which I was engaged through Nimoxis. I understand that any breach of this obligation may result in legal action and financial liability.
